Who Told You That You Aren’t a Minister?
There needs to be a major paradigm shift or we are going to have a difficult time transitioning into this new ERA! YOU need to realize how important you are to the BODY of Christ! It isn’t “they” are the ministers and I am just a “regular” Christian. Yes, there are people gifted to the Church to help “equip” the ministers.
Here is how the Passion Translation reads… Ephesians 4:11-13
And He (Jesus) has appointed some “with grace” to be apostles, and some “with grace” to be prophets, and some “with grace” to be evangelists, and some “with grace” to be pastors, and some “with grace” to be teachers. And their calling is to nurture and prepare all the holy believers ((that’s YOU!)) to do their own works of ministry, and as they (the gifts) do this THEY (the ministers) will enlarge and build up the body of Christ. These grace ministries will function until we all attain oneness into the faith, until we all experience the fullness of what it means to know the Son of God, and finally we become ONE into a perfect man with the full dimensions of spiritual maturity and fully developed into the abundance of Christ.
They same Spirit that raised Jesus from the dead dwells in YOU! What are you allowing Him to do in you? You don’t have to be holding a microphone to be the minister or earning a salary. You don’t have to have a man PUT you in a position as minister. Jesus didn’t shed His blood and share His Spirit, so you could participate in a Sunday morning service.
He wants to use you!
